Korry and Mary’s journey to a cooler, leak-free home.
Naperville homeowners, Korry and Mary, no longer worry about the effects of stifling heat in their attic. Their living space has been totally transformed thanks to a new roof and improved ventilation guaranteed to protect their home and keep the attic at the right temperature.
The couple’s decision to tackle the roof and ventilation issue arose from a small leak and a noticeably overheated attic. “We realized that fixing the ventilation issue would be as costly as getting a new roof so it made sense to address both at once,” Korry explained.
Replacing the roof is a significant investment and so the couple diligently sought multiple opinions. “We definitely looked around because it’s a big expense. I wanted to get a few different opinions on it,” Korry shared. However, Baltic Roofing stood out the most.
“You guys are definitely the most professional group we talked to,” Korry commended. “The number of people who missed our ventilation issue was shocking. No one else realized that our soffits were covered with siding.”

Now, Korry and Mary no longer suffer from frustrating leaks, and their attic has returned to normal temperature. “I’ve been up there three times now to check, and it’s definitely cooler,” Kory shared happily. “It seems like the problem has been fixed.”
