ROOF REMOVAL

We will remove the existing roof covering all the way down to the wood. Roof decking is the foundation for your roofing system. We will inspect it, re-nail any protruding roof nails, and clean it to prepare a smooth surface for the new roof system to be installed.

ROOF INSTALLATION

We will install your chosen roofing system following strict Baltic Roofing standards and local building code requirements. Most importantly, the work on your roof will be done section-by-section to counter unfavorable weather conditions.

CLEAN-UP

We broom clean the working area at the end of each day. When the project is finished, we clean up quickly, leaving your home’s surroundings exactly how we found them.

FINAL WALK-THROUGH

No job is finished until a final roof inspection is completed by our Quality Control Officer and yourself.
