As a homeowner, Lori had a single, unrelenting nemesis: her gutters. Constantly clogged with maple leaves and debris, she decided to take matters into her own hands and embark on a journey that would free her from the grips of gutter frustration.
“I was at the 20-year mark of my old roof, and I knew it was getting to be the end of life,” Lori explained. “I wanted to get some decent gutters with covers because, at the time, I had maple trees, and I hate cleaning my gutters,” she chuckled.

Opting for a complete overhaul, she recalled, “I wanted to replace the gutters, downspouts, and the old roof simultaneously.” Despite no leaks, a hump on her upper roof signaled an underlying problem.
