After an incredible 32 years in their cherished family home, long-time Hinsdale homeowners Tony and Nancy are embarking on a new chapter.
Considering the possibility of downsizing, the couple ultimately chose to stay put to accommodate tight-knit family gatherings during holidays. “We needed all the bedrooms when everybody comes home,” Tony chuckled. Deciding to prioritize their beloved home, the duo set their sights on replacing their aging wood shake roof.
“We couldn’t keep kicking the can down the road,” Tony shared. They could no longer ignore leaks around the skylights, hail damage, and worn gutters.

In a natural cedar hue, Tony and Nancy’s new luxurious cedar shake roof draws constant attention from neighbors. “The roof looks absolutely beautiful. We’ve had so many compliments on it. We would drive by and go, oh my gosh, you couldn’t have a more beautiful roof!” Tony said proudly. Equally important are their new gutters in a complementary desert sand color, with much-needed gutter protection to prevent debris build-up.
