It all starts with our Our Project Manager asking you a few questions to better understand the nature of the issue. Often roof problems are not so obvious, and understanding what causes it is the key.

DEEP DIAGNOSTICS

Some roof problems cannot be identified during a visual roof inspection. We might need to get into your attic, use thermal cameras or other advanced tools to diagnose the problem. We might even have to do a water test, to be absolutely sure we know exactly what we are fixing.

CONSULTATION

After identifying the problem, our Project Manager will determine if investing in a roof repair is a good option. We have to consider your roof age, condition, repair cost, your needs, and other factors and based on that we’ll provide you with a solution.

REPAIR SERVICE

If a repair is a solution and a repair method is chosen, we get to work. Depending on the nature of the repair, we may be able to fix the problem on the spot, or schedule a separate service appointment.
