Burr Ridge

A touch of luxury when you’re ready to sell.

David is a local resident of Burr Ridge, IL owning a beautiful, custom built home for over 20 years. The kids are gone, so it’s just the two of them. The couple was planning to sell the home and possibly move down south – everybody likes warmer weather! The original wood shake roof was at the end of its life expectancy and David knew that in order to sell a house they had to invest into the new one.

When preparing roofing options for David, we had to meet quite few requirements: the looks, resale value and homeowner’s association rules. The roof had to be luxurious, but without breaking the bank. At Baltic Roofing we had a great solution – Owens Corning Woodcrest shake style asphalt shingles with copper valleys and flashings, all new skylights and finish with a seamless gutter system.

The completed project came out awesome! The beautiful color of the roof provided plenty of contrast between the roof and brick, copper valleys and flashing added a luxury feel.

The entire exterior of the home was brought back to life for many years to come.
