New roof for a new life chapter in Crestwood
With a complete roof and gutter makeover, Sonia is one step closer to the dream home she’s always wanted.
Sonia, a first-time homebuyer in Crestwood, moved into her new house knowing the roof would have to be replaced a few years down the road. Unfortunately, it wasn’t long before she discovered the situation needed to be dealt with much more quickly.

The leaks are not getting any better
The 27-year-old roof “wasn’t up to code and in much worse shape than I expected,” Sonia explains.
“Every time it rained, I would notice spots. I didn’t know how bad it was.”
Sonia has always lived in condos, so this leaky roof was a source of constant worry. In need of a solution sooner rather than later, she turned to a neighborhood Facebook page for recommendations and discovered Baltic Roofing.
